Let the Firm Know How to
Contact You: If you move, or will be away from your home for
more than one week, let us know how to contact you. Call the
firm to let us know where you will be, including your
temporary address or telephone number.

Keep A Record of Your Losses:
Any bills you receive, pay or become obligated to pay for
expenses for you to keep a list of all expense.

Gather records of the victim:
Records that would be helpful include but are not
limited to; paycheck stubs, tax records, resumes and
employment history, family photographs, graduation
certificates, degrees, school history, etc.

Death certificate and the funeral and
burial expense receipts: If you can try to get the
death certificate from the county coroner. If this
is not possible, we will obtain the death certificate
for you. Make sure you keep all receipts for
funeral and burial expenses.
